‘’46-’49 Plymouth? Looks like Rocket Muffler had an interesting history - I was able to find where they had filed articles of incorporation in ‘81, but sometime after that they appear to have gone away or have been subsumed. However:

Currently at the former address is A-1 Auto Air & Electric.

Looks like it’s most likely still the original building there:

Interesting. Road Kings and Throttle Queens. And I especially like how that Bel-Air wagon got handed down to him. Keeping it in the family. Great find. Thanks.

You’ve got to understand, seeing a name and town on something in a vintage photo is like my catnip. It’s not a normal response, but I ain’t care.

Doesn’t mention post-war cams for Mopar sixes, but I’m sure those were bread-and-butter jobs that helped keep the doors open.
